Follow-up drafts
Writes the email that opens the next step from the approved brief. An approved draft becomes a draft campaign that you still send yourself.
What the agent does
- Works from the brief you already approved, so it does not search again.
- Checks the suppression list at approval, not only at send, so nobody who opted out gets a ready-to-send email.
- Supports plain text or HTML, with a safe preview of the HTML before anything goes out.
What you decide
Approve the email, edit it, or reject it. Sending is a separate click in Campaigns.
What a run costs
about USD 0.01 per draft. Every run is recorded, and a monthly cap is checked before each one.
What it can never do. No agent in Tolva has a tool that sends email or contacts a person, and none can change a contact, a company or a deal without a person's approval.
