Re-scoring on behaviour
When someone opens or clicks after their brief was written, the agent re-reads them against what they actually did and suggests a specific action.
What the agent does
- A click counts for more than any number of opens.
- People who clicked your own unsubscribe link are excluded from the warm list.
- A score can be raised by an agent but never lowered or set to unqualified. That judgement stays with a person.
What you decide
Accept the new score and action, or leave the contact as it was.
What a run costs
about USD 0.01 per contact. Every run is recorded, and a monthly cap is checked before each one.
What it can never do. No agent in Tolva has a tool that sends email or contacts a person, and none can change a contact, a company or a deal without a person's approval.
