Reply reading
When a prospect replies, every active sequence for that person stops at once. The agent then reads the reply, says what it means and drafts an answer.
What the agent does
- No AI model sits in the urgent path. Stopping sequences and honouring an opt-out happen immediately, in one database transaction.
- Out-of-office replies are detected from email headers and do not stop a sequence.
- Replies are still forwarded to your normal inbox, with the prospect as Reply-To, so your habits do not change.
- A reply is treated as untrusted text from a stranger, never as an instruction to the agent.
What you decide
Accept the reading, create a deal from a positive reply, or use the drafted answer. Each is a separate switch.
What a run costs
about USD 0.01 per reply. Every run is recorded, and a monthly cap is checked before each one.
What it can never do. No agent in Tolva has a tool that sends email or contacts a person, and none can change a contact, a company or a deal without a person's approval.
