The same person or entity is the controller for the personal data described below, under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What this website does not do

  • It sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
  • It loads its fonts from its own server, so your browser does not contact Google or another font service.
  • It has no login and no account. Nothing you type on this website is stored by it; the demo form is only emailed to us (see below).

Hosting and server logs

The website is served by a hosting provider. Like every web server, it receives technical data with each request: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user agent. This data is used only to deliver the page and to keep the service secure, and it is kept for the provider's standard log retention period. The provider may process data outside Switzerland, under the safeguards that the FADP and the GDPR require.

When you request a demo

When you send the demo form, your name, email address, company, team size and message are emailed to our inbox. This website does not store them. The email is delivered by our email service provider (Twilio SendGrid) and received in our email account (Google Workspace); both may process data outside Switzerland, under the safeguards that the FADP and the GDPR require. We use your details only to arrange and hold the demo and to answer you, and we delete them when they are no longer needed for that, unless you become a customer.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its use. Write to info@tolva.business. You also have the right to complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or to the data protection authority where you live.

Names of other companies

Product and company names such as HubSpot and Salesforce are trademarks of their owners. They appear on comparison pages for identification only, and this website is not affiliated with them. Comparisons describe publicly available information on the date shown on each page.
